I’m Shariem Saterfield. With over 20 years of experience training and coaching in corporate environments, I understand the real-world challenges leaders face—and the mindset required to overcome them.

I know how hard change can be. I have been a comedian, a warehouse worker, a martial arts instructor and a state champion in debate. I've lived the highs and lows of corporate America and personal struggle, and I use my voice and hard-earned wisdom to move people forward.

At Saterfield Coaching and Consulting, I do two things:

I coach professional women 1-on-1 — helping them reclaim their power, recognize their worth, and remove the roadblocks standing between them and the career and life they deserve.

And I train teams and speak to audiences — bringing high-energy, real-world leadership development to groups who are ready to maximize their potential and push past what's holding them back.

I do this work because I've walked the road. I've lost jobs I loved. I've faced gaslighting in rooms I earned my way into. I've doubted my own brilliance far too many times. But I've also learned how to win — without losing myself in the process.

I believe every person has a unique gift and a powerful calling. My purpose is to help you answer yours — whether that's as an individual finding her voice, or a team finding its edge.
